We are here to notarize all of your standard documents. These include but are not limited to: Attestations, I-9 forms, Affidavits, Certified Letters, Power of Attorney forms, any other documents requiring a basic Notary confirmation.
$10.00 per notarization/ stamp

Wedding Notarizations
Standard Wedding Documentation Notarization. Ensuring your wedding license is signed, sealed, and official, so you can start your journey together with confidence.
Sweet & Simple Wedding Package -For couples looking for a simple, heartfelt ceremony, our notary officiant will guide you through a meaningful exchange of vows. Perfect for an intimate setting, we’ll make your special moment memorable and official.
Add-ons including music and extended ceremonies may incur additional fees.
Estimated Appointment cost $65.00 (Travel Fees $35 + Wedding Notarization $30).
Sweet & Simple Wedding Package - $100.00 Includes a $50.00 non-refundable deposit and travel up to 25 miles. Additional mileage may result in additional fees.

As National Signing Agents, our team are able to assist with a variety of loan documents whether you are selling, purchasing, refinancing, and more. Pricing varies and depends on the type of package needed and location of signing.

Travel Notary
Our team is available to meet you anywhere in Northeast Florida and service the following counties: Clay, Duval, Nassau, Baker, Putnam, Bradford, and St. Johns. We are available to perform standard notaries services, signing agent services, or marriage certifications.
All travel requires a $35.00 non-refundable deposit that includes 25 miles of travel, any distance further than 25 miles will be an additional $0.50 fee per mile.
Remote Online Notary
Remote Online Notarization (RON) allows you to have documents notarized from anywhere using a secure, online platform. Instead of meeting in person, you and the notary connect through a live, recorded video session where your document is signed and notarized digitally. The process is secure, efficient, and convenient—ideal for individuals with busy schedules or those who need a notary quickly. With RON, you can authenticate your identity and finalize important documents without leaving home, knowing the process is just as valid and reliable as a traditional in-person notarization.

Apostille Notary
Taking your documents across borders? We've got you covered.
